Ingredients:  
1-(14oz.) Can of Garbanzo (Chick peas) beans (Rinsed)
1-(14oz.) Can of Heart of Palms (1/4 inch sliced)
1-Medium “fresh” tomato chopped
1-Cucumber chopped, seeds removed
1-Haas Avocado sliced and cut into cubes
¼ cup chopped purple onion
½ fresh lemon squeezed
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients. Add lemon juice (may add more according to personal taste).
Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Finish crumbled feta cheese. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
