3-4 large peeled fresh peaches (Approximately 4-cups of fresh peaches) –sliced ¼” thick
1 box (9oz.) “Jiffy” Golden Yellow Cake Mix
¾ stick of “real” butter-melted
1 ½ tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

In 9X9 casserole dish which has been sprayed with PAM, place sliced peaches in the bottom. Pour in lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle box of “Jiffy” Yellow Cake Mix on top of peaches, then gently/evenly pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (maybe 45 minutes) or until sides are bubbly and top is brown. Serve with or without vanilla ice cream.
