4 pechugas de pollo Cibao
jamon cocido
queso danes
tocineta
harina
2 huevos
3/4 cucharadita de sal
pizca de pimienta
Directions:
Directions:
Deshuese las pechugas y majelas un poco. Sazone con sal y pimienta y rellene con jamon y queso. Enrolle cuidadosamente, ate con palillos y envuelva con una tira de tocineta.

En un plato, ponga harina suficiente, y en otro bata los huevos con una pizca de sal. Pase los rollos de pechuga primero por harina y por los huevos batidos. Fria en abundante aceite caliente.
