8 Chiles pasillas
1 taza de cerveza
1/2 taza de jugo de naranja
1/4 de cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
1/2 taza de queso
sal al gusto

Directions:
Directions:
Limpia los chiles. Retirando venas y semillas, tuestalos en el comal y ponlos a remojar en la cerveza y jugo de naranja hasta que suavicen. Y muelelo con cebolla, ajo, y sal.

Al momento de servir, corta el queso en cuardritos y adorna la salsa. Si esta espesa, anade un poco de jugo de naranja.
