1cup plain nonfat yoghurt
2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup halved strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup water
1/4 cup any other fruit (honey dew or plum or skinned peach or apple or water melon or pear)
4 tsps splenda

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour in glasses and enjoy!

You can add protein powder to this mixture if you desire. I prefer greek yoghurt to make smoothies. You can substitute milk or soymilk or almondmilk for the yoghurt.
