2 cups of watermelon, in 1/3 inch dice
2 cups pineapple, in 1/3 inch dice
1/2 cup red onion, cut in 1/3 inch dice
1 jalapeņo, chopped
3 tbs cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
dash of tabasco
salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine watermelon, pineapple, onion, cilantro, and pepper. Add lemon juice and season to taste with tabasco, salt and pepper. Add additional sugar if desired.
