Step 1:
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1 c. crushed nuts

Step 2:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, divided

Step 3:
1 pkg. (6 1/8 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pkg. (5.5 oz) instant butter pecan pudding mix, or other flavor you like
5.5 c milk

Step 1:
Combine flour, melted margarine and crushed nuts; mix well. Press mixture into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2:
Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar together until smooth and completely blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the frozen whipped topping. Reserve remaining frozen whipped topping.

Step 3:
Combine pudding mixes with milk and beat as directed. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with reserved frozen whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
