1 tbsp oil
1-4 lb chuck roast
1 10-1/2 oz can beef bouillon
1 16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1 5 0z bottle prepared horseradish
8 carrots, peeled and cut into
2-inch pcs
2 onions, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown roast. Add bouillon, cranberry sauce and horseradish. Cover and bake at 350º for 1-1/2 hrs. Add carrots and onions to roast. Bake additional 1-1/2hrs.
Reserve pan juices and pour over meat. Serve with buttered noodles, if desired.
