3-5 lb. Beef Roast (rump, tip or pot roast)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2-1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 sliced green pepper's

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve spices with 1 cup of water and the bouillon cube. Place roast in crock pot, fat side up, pour bouillon mixture over roast. Cover top of roast with sliced green peppers. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours (6-8 hours on high) or until meat shred's easily with fork. Serve on hoagie rolls, with juice from roast for dipping. Wonderful!
