1 c. pecans
1 c. ribbon coconut
1 c. sliced almonds
1lb sweet butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
4 bags unsalted popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pecans, coconut and sliced almonds. Set aside. In a sauce pan boil the butter, sugar and corn syrup on high for 3 1/2 minutes-for soft popcorn and 5 minutes for hard popcorn. Then add the vanilla and pecan/coconut/almond mix and pour over the popcorn, mix together. Lay out on parchment paper to cool
