1 lb. instant potato flakes (9 cups)
3 c. powdered milk
3 tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. salt
9 c. water
3 sticks margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and margarine to a boil. Pour this over the dry ingredients and mix well. Cover with a damp cloth and chill. Divide in thirds and add 1 1/2 cups flour to each third to make stiff. Blend with pastry blender and form into a log-like roll. Cut roll into 16 pieces. Roll each of these pieces into a thin circle and bake on lefse grill at 550º. *Do not mix flour into dough until it is ready to be rolled and baked.
