1 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
3-4 cloves garlic-minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup pinot grigio or other white wine
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp parsely - finely chopped
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a pan, heat olive oil on medium-hi heat
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and let cook for 1 minute
3. Add shrimp to pan
4. Add pinot grigio and stir to completely coat shrimp
5. Increase temperature to high and let shrimp cook for 2-3 minute. Sauce should be boiling.
6. Flip shrimp over and let other side cook in the boiling sauce for one more minute.
7. Remove shrimp from heat
8. Add in parsley and stir to mix well
9. Add in lemon juice and black pepper and stir to mix well
