1/2 - Medium yellow onion - grated on box grater
1 - Large garlic toe, grated on box grater
2 - stalks green onoin (scallion), coarsley chopped
1 - 8 oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese @ room temperature
3/4 - 1 Cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
1 - Cup Kraft mayonnaise
1 - Qt. (50-60 count) boiled Louisiana wild shrimp
2 - drops Zatarain's liquid crab boil
Salt, black pepper, & Tabasco sauce to taste
Heinz ketchup to color

Grind 1/2 of shrimp with 1/2 of green onions in food processor to mealy consistency. Place in large mixing bowl.

Place cream cheese, remaining shrimp, galic, onion, & green onion in food processor and process until smooth. Add Mayo and process until smooth.

Add processed shrimp-mayo mix to other shrimp mixture and stir to blend thoroughly. Add evaporated milk (heavy cream) to get desired consistency (not runny). Add salt, pepper, Tabasco, and crab boil to taste. Cover and chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Serve with chips or crackers.
