12 bananas, very ripe
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
3 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease and flour (or use a cinnamon/sugar mixture) to coat bread pans. Recipe will make 3 large loaves or 10 small loaves.

In a large mixing bowl, add bananas, eggs and oil; mix well. In a smaller mixing bowl, add remaining dry ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients to wet a cup at time until well incorporated.

Bake for 1 hour for large pans or 45-50 for small pans.
