4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 package 4-oz. "cooked" (not instant) vanilla pudding
1 c. original Minute Rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Cook 5 min.--stir 2 times. Refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
