1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
1 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2c. shredded cheese
12 tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and enchilada sauce until well blended. Set aside. Mix chicken, cream cheese, onion and salt. Spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in 13 x 9 baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Cover with foil; bake at 350º about 30 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven till cheese melts.
