3 pkgs. (3oz each) cream cheese
2 T. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T. flour
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. grated lemon peel
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
Directions:
Soften and cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and then egg. Stir until light and fluffy. Add flour, milk, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350º about 35 minutes or until done. Chill before serving. May be topped with fruit.
