15 oz leche de coco
10 oz crema de coco
1/3 taza azúcar
1/3 taza fecula de maíz
1/3 taza agua
1 cdta sal
2 trozos canela
4 a 5 Clavos (la especie)

1. Mezcla el agua y la fécula de maíz. Bate bien, es importante que no queden grumos.

2. Cocina la leche de coco, crema de coco, azúcar y la mezcla de fécula de maíz, mezcla constantemente. Sube la temperatura al
máximo y cuando comience a burbujear, remueve la olla del fuego.

3. Remoja un molde 9 x 9 con agua y agrega la mezcla.

4. Deja reposar por 20 minutos, refrigera por 20 minutos más antes
de servir.

5. Rocea con canela molida a gusto para decorar.
