1 c. melted butter
1-1/3 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 c. corn meal
2-3/4 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter and sugar, then mix in buttermilk. Add eggs and salt and mix well.
Mix in dry ingredients. Pour into 2 8x8 greased pans and bake for 35 minutes at 375º or spread on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
