Batir los huevos con un poquito de leche y un puntito de sal. En una freidera aparte sofreir el bacon el jamon, la cebollita, la carne y el chile dulce. Luego en un sarten poner un poquito de butter y hechar los huevos. tapar el sarten. Cuando este ese lado darle vuelta y hechar todos los ingredientes previamente picaditos y cocinados y poner la tortilla por la mitad. Por ultimo pones el queso. Apagas el fuego y tapas el sarten por unos minutos. Y ya listo para comer. Puedes hecharle un puntito de salsa picante porque se que les gusta.
