1 packet of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 Tbsp of chopped garlic
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
¼ tsp sage leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cup of 1/2 & 1/2

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the saucepan and add the butter. When the butter melts add the onions, crushed garlic, thyme & sage and sauté until the onion wilts then add the mushrooms and again sauté till the mushrooms turn brown. Puree everything and add ½& ½ while pureeing. Heat the pureed mixture add salt, pepper to taste.

Low Calorie Option: Spray the wok with butter flavored spray instead of using the butter. Use fat free 1/2 & 1/2.
