1/2 taza de arroz
1 1/2 taza de agua
cascaras de limon
1 ramita de canela
1 litro de leche
1 taza de azucar blanca
1/4 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
Directions:
Directions:
Lavar el arroz y ponerlo a cocinar con el agua y pedacitos de limon y la ramita de canela (no del polvo) hasta que se ablande el arroz. Despues se le anade la leche, la vainilla, la sal y el azucar. Dejarlo cocinar a fuego mediano durante 1 hora hora y estarlo meneando hasta que se espese. Asegurarse que no se pegue. Saquelo al container donde lo va a poner y hechele la canela en polvo arriba.
