Marinade:
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ginger

Chicken livers
water chestnuts
bacon
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Place 1/2 water chestnut in a chicken liver, then wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon, secure with toothpick. Marinate at least 1 hour.

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, turn, bake 10 minutes more. If bacon is not crisp, continue baking or turn oven to broil. Watch carefully.
