1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts
72 chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and shortening, add sugars and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Add oats and nuts last. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 min or until lightly brown. Immediately press a kiss on top of each cookie.
