2-8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 packet taco seasoning
4 oz. can of chopped black olives
4 oz. can of chopped green chiles
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 heaping tbsp. of medium salsa
Sprinkle of Zatarain's Cajun Seasoning
Large flour tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a paste, It should be spreadable but not thin. Add more salsa if too thick to spread. Spread generously, but not thickly, over open tortilla shell. Roll up. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into half-inch slices. Arrange on platter. Enjoy the scraps! Use the rest of the salsa as a dip in the middle of your platter.
