3/4 c. sugar
5 T. corn starch
2 Lg. cans crushed pineapple
1/2 t. salt
2 egg yolks

2 T. sugar
1 pkg. instant yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 c. margarine
2/3 c. warm milk
4 egg yolks
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Filling:
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan until smooth and thick. Set aside.

Dough:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix flour and margarine, add in milk and 4 egg yolks. Stir in yeast. Mix dough and divide.

In a greased 9x13 pan, layer half dough in bottom of pan, layer on pineapple mixture then top with remaining dough.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.
