french bread or a loaf of your choice
salted butter melted
olive oil
garlic powder
tarragon
2 tomatoes
black olives
salt and pepper
goat cheese or mozzarella
store bought chicken roast cut into slices or cooked chicken cutlet (w/o skin) and slice thinly
basil
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
French bread cut in half. Melt butter with a bit of tarragon and garlic powder (micro or stovetop)whichever you prefer. Brush butter on open top of bread and place in the oven for 5 minutes only. Meanwhile slice tomatoes a little thick but not too much, slice goat cheese or mozarella, chop black olives into tiny pieces. Take bread out and start the layering. Tomatoes, chicken, then cheese,
top with a bit olive oil place back in the oven for a few minutes...take out and sprinkle basil on top with a lil more olive oil.

And voila delicious meal. I made this last night after the meeting it was just a few minutes...
