2 lbs of chicken pieces of your choice (with bone or without) however; you prefer
8 c of water
3-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pound of potatoes or just measure how much you both would like
yautia blanca 1 or two pieces
yautia amarilla 1 or 2 pieces
small pumkin peeled and big chunks
string beans trimmed and washed
oregano, garlic salt,
carrots cut in long slices or be creative and make it fun...
Sazon sin achiote 1 packet and chicken bouillion 1 packet

hunk of bread of your choice....sour dough is an idea :)
you can cook noodes on the side if you like

Directions:
Boil water and salt. Wash chicken and then add chicken to water. Once cooked, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for an hour. Cook noodles seperately and leave aside. If you have left overs the noodles are better to add to it then to cook with otherwise it wil be smooshy in leftovers.
