1 pkg. yeast (rapid rise)
1 c. warm water
pinch of sugar
2 c. bread flour
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bread mixerl, dissolve yeast in water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

In a large bowl or bread mixer, add 2 c. bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar to the yeast. Stir untill well combined and dough pulls away from bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Turn dough onto pastry cloth or well floured surface. Roll onto pizza stone. Bake for 5 minutes to keep it from being raw in middle.

Add favorite topping and cook for 15-20 minutes.
