3 c. hot water
1 Tbs salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
3-6 c. white all purpose flour
2 pkg. yeast (rapid rise)

Directions:
In mixer with dough hook, add water, salt, oil, honey. Start mixer then add yeast and begin mixing in flour slowly, until dough is cleaning the sides of the bowl.

Let rise to double size (about 1 hr).

Divide dough into 2 loaves or individual muffin tins.

Preheat oven to 400º F, but when you put in bread, drop temp to 325º F. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden.

Remove and cover in butter and let cool for 5 minutes.
