1 1/2 pounds scallops
1/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash drain and dry scallops. Mix oil, lemon juice and onion. Put scallops in shallow pan with oil mixture. Broil, basting with the mixture and turning so they brown evenly.
