1/3 cup of each : red, yellow, green jalapeno peppers or other hot peppers (chopped and seeded)
1/2 cup red onion , chopped
5 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 package (3 oz) liquid fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, combine peppers and onion; pulse until finely chopped. Place in 5 quart saucepan; add sugar and vinegar. Heat until mixture is fully boiling, stirring to sugar; boil 2 minutes.
Sitr in pectin; heat mixture to boiling, boil one minute. Remove pan from heat, with spoon skim off and discard foam.
Pour jelly into clean jars and cover. Cool completely, refrigerated. Store up to 3 months in refrigerator.
