1 lb of round steak 1/2 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon Oleo
1 tablespoon Flour
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 Bouillon cubes
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 4 oz can mushrooms
3 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into shoestring strips. Let stand 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meantime in pan, melt 2 tablespoon Oleo, put in flour. Cook and stir til well browned. Gradually add water and cubes. When boiling, add tomato paste and mushrooms. Melt remaining Oleo, add onion. Sear Steak until well browned. Add to sauce, simmer and boil 10 minutes. Add sour cream when read to serve.
