2 broccoli flowerets
2 C cauliflower flowerets
1 C sliced carrots
4-6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1 generous C of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C sliced almonds, toasted in butter
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 cup sugar, per taste
Dash of sesame oil
1 T mustard
1/8 cup of oil (approximately -- I eyeball it!)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together dressing ingredients till well blended and set aside.
Mix veggies together and stir in half of the almonds and bacon and ¼ cup of the cheese. Pour dressing over all and refrigerate for a couple hours.
Top with remaining cheese, almonds and bacon just before serving.
