6 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups cream
1 tbs Karo syrup
1 square butter
Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize 1 cup sugar in pan and pour in 1/2 cup water, stir to syrup and add to other mixture and cook to softball stage. Pour into bowl and cool, then beat and mold.
