2 1/2 c. coconut, toasted
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 oz. cream cheese
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. strawberries, mashed
3 T. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut and butter, press firmly on bottom and up side of 9" pie plate. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in strawberries and lemon juice. fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Freeze.
