1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter

Blend and place in 9 X 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. Cool-Whip and 1 c. powdered sugar. Spread over crust.

Blend 2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding and 3 c. milk. Layer over cream cheese. Cover with Cool-Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
