1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
3/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
2 T. unsweetened strawberry jam
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Blend all ingredients together. Use a shaker bottle if you have one.

I have never tried sweetened jam. Other flavors of jam would probably work also.
