1 egg
1 can (10 1/2 oz) French onion soup, divided
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 c water
1/4 c ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cold water
6 c hot cooked egg noodles
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, stir in 1/3 c of soup, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 6 oval patties.
Brown patties on each side, drain. Remove. Add water, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup to skillet. Bring to a boil, return patties to skillet, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove patties. Combine flour and water until smooth. Stir into pan, bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve patties and gravy over noodles. garnish with parsley if desired.
