15 lbs tomatoes
3 large onions chopped
4 ribs celery
4 green or red peppers
1 tsp celery seed
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp pickling salt
¾ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large kettle. No need to peel tomatoes. Cook approximately 30-45 minutes until veggies have broke down. Put mixture through sieve (preferably a cone shaped sieve). Pour juice into sterilized jars, seal and process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
