6 cups of filtered water
2 cups pickling vinegar
1/2 cup pickling salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp pickling spice

You can use cucumbers, yellow beans or carrots for this recipe.
Wash produce, and sterilize jars and have lids ready for use.

Put dill, garlic and a few flakes of red pepper in bottom of jar. Pack jars with your cleaned produce.

In a large stock pot, add cold water, vinegar, salt, sugar and pickling salt. Bring to a boil.

When boiling, pour into filled jars until as close to the top as possible. Put lids on and process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath in a canner.

Remove and check seals.
