2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c quick-cooking oats
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 lb ground beef
1 can golden or cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c water
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, oats, green pepper, celery, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 8 oval patties. Brown patties on both sides in a large skillet. Drain.
Place patties in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Combine the soup, water and pepper. Pour over beef, cover and bake at 350 º for 30-35 minutes.
