2 eggs
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp flour
6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
1 c milk
Paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, bread crumbs and soup mix. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Brown meatballs in small batches over medium heat, drain. Sprinkle with flour, gently roll to coat.
Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with meatballs and remaining potatoes. Combine soup and milk and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Cover and bake at 350º for 60-65 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
