4lbs ground hamburger,
2 cups cooked rice,
2 sautéed onions,
1 stick butter to saute onions and garlic,
2 tablespoons chopped garlic or to taste,
1/4 cup Johnny's seasoning to taste,
2 lg jars sauerkraut,
barley to thicken

mix pork, beef and rice with seasonings roll cabbage leaves around meat place in pot, rinse sauerkraut, put layer of cabbage rolls then layer of sauerkraut, paprika, water, barley repeat layers, cook until meat is done can be done on top of stove or in the oven
