1 can (4 oz) mushrooms drained & chopped
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c fresh parsley, snipped
1 c fresh rye or white bread crumbs (2 slices)
2/3 c milk
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp allspice or nutmeg
1 lb (90%) ground beef
1 lb ground pork

1 pkg (12oz) uncooked egg noodles
1 jar (12 oz) mushroom or beef gravy
2 tbsp milk
1/4 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine mushrooms, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings. Mix well. Add ground beef and pork, mix thoroughly. Pat into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center and internal temperature reaches 160º. Remove from pan to serving plate, let stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packages directions, drain. Heat gravy.
