6 potatoes
6 carrots
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp parsley flakes
4 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/3 c margarine
5 c water
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut-up vegetables. Put all ingredients in crock-pot, except the evaporated milk. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour.

May add more vegetables for a thicker soup and can leave out milk for those who can't have. Just as good without it.
