Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 T. butter
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the brown sugar with the heavy cream (don't whip it first.) Cook sugar mixture in microwave on high for 13 minutes (do not stir.) Immediately after cooking, stir in 2 T. butter. Add the nuts. Stir. Add the vanilla last so that the mixture has cooled down a bit. As soon as it is all blended, place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a big piece of foil laid out on the counter. If you have gotten the time right, it will be runny, and take 30 min. or so to firm up. If not, you might get praline bricks, which taste good, but are hard. Next time, reduce the heat time and go over the 1 c. mark for the cream.
