1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c chopped onion
2 slices bread, crumbled
1/2 c boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 c Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve beef bouillon in the boiling water. Add to the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Place mixture in a loaf pan and bake at 350º for one hour.
