1½ cups self rising corn meal
2 eggs
¼ cup oil or melted margarine
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup shredded cooking cheese
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup creamed style corn
1 tbsp. sugar
1-1½ hot peppers, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in glass baking dish, lightly greased. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
