salmon fillets
lemon juice
mayonnaise
furikake
shoyu

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat broiler.

2.Place salmon fillets on broiler and sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes.

3.Spread mayonnaise over salmon and sprinkle generously with furikake. Broil for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily. Pour shoyu generously over salmon. Serve with rice.

NOTE
If you don't have broiling plan, you can cover a cooking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
